Sonic the Hedgehog is an Rare unlockable character in Sonic Speed Simulator. He's the blue hedgehog who stars as the face of the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. Being the face of the franchise, Sonic the Hedgehog originates from the first game in the series, Sonic the Hedgehog on Sega Genesis. Sonic's appearance in Sonic Speed Simulator is based off of his modern look, which has been in use since 1998. He rocks his iconic cobalt blue fur, green eyes, and dons his iconic red shoes and white gloves.
